There is so much stupid going on in this .gif..
I’d like to see the actual video to get a better look at what the hell is going on all around it.

And this is why you don’t do burnouts on the highway.

And don’t race on the streets. And don’t park on the side of the highway. And don’t stand on the center divide of the highway. and.. seriously.. what the hell is all going on?

To me it looks like Arabs doing this since the landscape looks familiar. Could also be somewhere in Europe or Russia. Second guess would be Russia.

This looks like it was in the middle east, about average, almost safe compared to some other things we’ve seen videos of.

Saw a gnarly wreck on an upgraded farming road behind my house when I was younger. The farmer who lived back there had sold his land to developers and the town expanded residential zoning out that way. In preps for the eventual houses the town laid down a very nice 5 lane (two each way plus suicide turn), 10 mile road out there.
It was a couple miles west of, well, anything and it took ~5 years for the development to actually reach it. During that time it was pretty much exclusively used for shenanigans. I regularly rode my bike out to watch the stupidity.
Anyhow, this incident was the third worst I saw. Some dudes had been drag racing their trucks and were pretty much done for the night. About a mile further I could hear some other folks drag racing (this was very normal). One of the trucks decided to do a burnout to finish the night after most everyone else had left (including the team of folks with CBs who'd radio when other cars were headed in, it was surprising well organized)...huge cloud of blackness (no streetlights out there) heard something chunk and the truck goes dead. Apparently the other racers further down decided to go for a top-speed or a mile run or something at the same time. Went full bore straight into the truck in what I’d guess had to be well into the triple digits. Pretty horrifying, but no one died.

Gonna drive slowly and carefully on my way home from work today.
Also, it is raining in Southern California. I don’t trust the drivers down here.

Amazing that no one died. Crazy stuff like this happens too often.

Looks like a bit of good ole Saudi drifting while others decided to street race on the same street.

Yeah, I never saw anyone go into spectators and I don’t think it happened in our little area...it would have been pretty hard, the side the crowd stood on had a drainage ditch followed by a crest followed by another ditch then the area where people setup was a good 7 or 8 feet above the road surface.
I saw two fatalities out there. One where a guy and his girlfriend just took a high-speed run by themselves. He lost it way out almost beyond where we could see. She was scratched up...no major injuries...he was gone before the first folks even got there.
The other was weird, happened off in the field next to the road...apparently a guy in a Wrangler was tearing around at pretty low speeds and caught his wheel in a rut. Guy in the backseat was unbuckled and thrown half out while the Jeep flopped sideways on top of him. I bet he would have lived today, but in pre cell phone days it took like 45 minutes to realize what happened-get to a pay phone-get the vehicle up enough to get it off him-get an ambulance there. He made it for a while, but saw in the paper a couple weeks later that he'd died.
